Behaviour Policy

The aim of the behaviour policy is a means of promoting good relationships, so that people can work together with the common purpose of helping everyone to learn in a safe environment.

This policy supports all stakeholders to allow everyone to work together in an effective and considerate way and to create a community in which everyone feels safe, valued and respected.

To develop a moral framework within which secure and meaningful relationships can flourish and to enable all individuals to develop a sense of self-worth and a respect and tolerance for each other. This should be underpinned by the school mantra of: ‘Respect, Creativity, Integrity’.
