Key Stage Three Info

As part of the Longcroft community, we embrace the values of Integrity and Respect whilst providing a safe environment. Students are encouraged to be honest, hardworking and creative. They will be challenged to reach their full potential by making the most of all opportunities open to them.

We are an honest and welcoming community who strive to instil key skills that will serve our students well in later life. The curriculum will challenge them to become resilient, resourceful and independent learners who work effectively with others. Where they fall short, we will support them with your help, and where they succeed we will celebrate.

Key Stage 3 gives students an opportunity to settle into their new lives at secondary school. This is an important step and for some it can be a little overwhelming, but with support from staff and friends, alongside a creative, challenging and inclusive curriculum, we are confident that all students can find their own voice and develop both personally and academically.

Together, parents, carers, students and staff will work to meet their needs and aspirations while forming good relationships. This is the Longcroft School way.
